He earned his business degree from the University of Cincinnati, where he honed his management and entrepreneurial skills. Recognizing the importance of merging business acumen with culinary expertise, Zev furthered his education at the prestigious French Culinary Institute. This dual foundation set the stage for his impressive career, blending strategic management with culinary artistry.
